About “Businesses and Intellectual Property”

What is “enterprise and intellectual property?”？

　Since its first issue, “Enterprises and Intellectual Property” has been known as a publication of the Japan Science Foundation and has been widely subscribed to and used by government offices, corporations, universities, law firms, patent attorney offices, research laboratories, prefectural governments, and all prefectural libraries and their users.

　A representative article is the “Digest of IP Judgments,” which is directly related to “Companies and Intellectual Property. The IP decisions of the Intellectual Property High Court, the Tokyo District Court, and the Osaka District Court are summarized monthly, edited into a digest version, and published in each issue.

Intellectual Property Patrol

“Intellectual Property Patrol” published in “Bussiness and Intellectual Property” is available on the web.
The “Intellectual Property Patrol” is not limited to the size of a company, but is always in pursuit of the truth and the right way of intellectual property.
