Quantum Energy Transmission for AI, Magnetic Field Excitation Power Generation, and Water-Powered Car Inspection in the Philippines
The Japan Science Promotion Foundation (JSPF) is committed to supporting the advancement of culture through scientifically validated innovation.
- Meeting with Daniel Dingel, Inventor of the Water-Powered Car
- JSPF conducted an on-site inspection and technical discussions with Daniel Dingel, the Filipino inventor who claimed to develop a water-powered car.
- Magnetic Field Excitation Power Generation
- JSPF visited Sagamihara, Shizuoka Prefecture, to examine a generator that converts atmospheric magnetic energy into electrical power using free electrons in an excited-state metal.
- Subconscious Response Measurement Device (Interest Detection Device)
- JSPF observed the development of a device that can numerically quantify subconscious responses from test subjects based on eye movement analysis.
- Jomai Hikozō, originally from Kyoto, was employed by the Kanda Ward Office (now Chiyoda Ward Office) in 1931. While collecting theater tax from writer Saneatsu Mushanokōji, he was so captivated by Mushanokōji’s work that he decided to pursue literature.
- After World War II, he became known as the “Bearded Street Poet”, selling handmade poetry books under the train tracks of Yurakucho, earning widespread recognition.
- For more about his poetry and artwork, visit the Jomai Hikozō Memorial Website.

The development of solar and wind power is progressing, yet no definitive breakthrough has emerged in the field of sustainable energy generation. The research into weather-independent, safe, and natural energy-based power generation systems continues.
Additionally, JSPF is actively researching energy conversion mechanisms inspired by the human body’s biological energy exchange systems to explore new possibilities for energy generation.
